Sachin scoring century is not big news. Did he contribute in any finals. Why sachin interested in 2011 world cup? Because he see dhoni has better chance at the 2011 worldcup than any one in past 25 years for india. So he just want to ride the Dhoni’s coattails and try to be a freeloader in the team.
The problem i see though , everyone going to say they are going to win the world cup for sachin blah blah and going to lay big egg. It is the most probably outcome. I would like to make sachin realize he is a burden in the indian team. He is. I am 100% sure on that.
He needs to excuse himself from ODI team and say he is available if india needs him anytime during the worldcup in emergency. He can be a hero in that way. At present sachin looks like parasite that does not let go.
Now if he plays and india suck in world cup , he will be trashed like dog forever and live in ignominy.

People say captain is as good as a team. I differ. Bad captain can make great ordinary team as well.
