Jrod, I saw Clerks then Chasing Amy followed by Mallrats. So I saw the trilogy out of order and I guess Mallrats was a disappointment after those two. It may be worth a re-viewing and reconsidering. If I like it, I’ll buy your book.

Kevin Smith appeared as an actor in some movie I flicked on to the other day. Die Hard 4? Jay didn’t turn up so I flicked off again.

Park, Clerks was the independent one with his own money that he could put anything in (like the disrespective), and Mallrats was his first studio one where there were certain rules and compromises as he wasn’t big enough to get his own way completely. But i love Mallrats.

I expected a typical Gayle wham bam inning. What I got was even sweeter. Great Test match batting. Agree with most of you with respect to it deserving a win rather than a draw.

Mallrats, really? I found that less interesting than Jersey Girl.

Great innings by Gayle though, given the inability of any batsman on either side to go on with it in the second dig.

I didn’t see much of it, but I did see him sprint a quick three on the last day. Very out of character.
