If a batsman isn’t ready to face when the bowler is ready to deliver they can be warned for time-wasting. Subsequent infractions incur a 5 run penalty. Most of the time that is pretty inconsequential, but it might have mattered yesterday, if accumulated penalties had put Australia back in front.
