But on the evidence of the last test, you’d have to say that India, and Sehwag, would much prefer a fit Dhoni in the hot seat.
India don’t need to win this test, but do they really want to travel to New Zealand for only one win.
Sehwag’s captaincy, (which had all the hallmarks of a born again Christian coach pulling the strings behind him) was horrible.
No one wants to see that again.
Well Kiwis probably do.
India seem to be a flat average team the minute Dhoni isn’t in charge.
Against Sri Lanka, Australia and New Zealand, India have looked much toothless without him.
New Zealand’s best chance (read only chance) to win, is if Dhoni is out.

Thank god , dhoni played. God is not captaincy material. His moves and non moves gave my brain fits. It went against all logic.
Reason is simple. God do not want to deal with mortals. He rather do his stuff which beating the crap out of any ball(bowlers).
Well, It looks like they cant right now. Only time will tell. Seems he really has got midas touch. But problem with it is once all the luck and midas touch runs out, you start looking silly.
I like his attitude and everything. But some how yet to be convinced that he really is smart ass. Looks like he is riding luck and may that continue long for Indian cricket.
Dhoni is the most luckiest but then he has worked hard for it. Not sure if he deserves all of it but he deserves most of it.
