Stuart Clark is going to get eased back into competitive cricket with a stint down at Canterbury.
It was nice of Kent, the club who hates helping South Africa, has decided to help out Australia for its Ashes warm ups.
With no first class cricket in Australia, there would have been no way for Clark to get his groove on.
But a nice little trundle with a division 2 team is just the ticket.
Thanks Kent.

Good old counties, you can always rely on them to put their own interests above those of the national side.
Absolutely disgraceful of Kent. My own county are giving young Warner a run out in the 20/20 but obviously this will not benefit them, or indeed him in any way whatsoever. Fact
The counties are only interested in one thing: themselves. That is a shame because they rely on the national side to fund their existence.
Also good to hear that Philip Hughes will warm up with Middlesex. Because his mum’s Italian, he has an EU passport, which to put the icing on the cake, probably means that he’ll play as a local.
