Agree that Hodge should make runs to force his way in. At the moment though, I can’t see him getting a spot. I would actually say that David Hussey is close to passing him – if the Huss can continue his good county and early season form, he should be close to getting in run in the ODIs if nothing else.

David Hussey would be a perfect number 6 for australia. Hodge did smote the indians for a double hundred on the last tour. And Australia does well with brothers. If you forget about Brett Lee.
Why Haddin? Just curious. He hasn’t done poorly in the chances he’s had.
